More FENSA stuff

Updated: Jun 20, 2023

A well as a TV advert and idents, I've also done a few short whiteboard animations for the FENSA website, courtesy of The Gate Films in Manchester. These ones are very simple, but whiteboard animation is a very flexible and cost-effective way of producing instructional or explainer videos because although they are hand-drawn they don't require a new drawing for each frame or two of screen time, although the addition of simple animated elements can bring them to life very effectively. There's a also no reason why they should be stylistically limited to a cartoony style of the traditional whiteboard look - a coloured-pencil, watercolour, coloured felt-tip, wax-crayon or oil-paint look is just as easy to achieve from a technical standpoint... the only limitation is the drawing and painting skill of the artist-!
